The system is very simple. Charms are scooped out of a jar and placed in a plate. Every charm equals a mystery item that has previously assigned to that charm without the customer's knowledge.

Scoop should include 16+ items. The amount of charms per scoop may vary, so no minimum amount of items is guaranteed.

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Faulty items might be replaced on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, no. As the name suggests, every scoop is a mystery so there is no guarantee you will receive an item in particular. You may leave colour preferences in your order notes but there is no guarantee all your items will be that colour.

At this point in time, I only offer shipping to mainland UK. I will explore shipping world wide in the near future.

I aim to ship orders in 2 to 3 business days but some may take up to 7.

You may cancel your order 30 minutes after purchase. After that, all sales will be final.
