Refund Policy

Due to the unique and secret nature of our products, all sales are considered final. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for items based on personal preference or if you simply don't like the contents of your scoop. The thrill of the mystery is a core part of the experience at Alluring Secret.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

I am dedicated to ensuring that every scoop is packed with care and arrives in excellent condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, I will gladly work with you to find a solution.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

  1. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@alluringsecret.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.

  2. Wait for my response. I will review your claim and get back to you with a resolution. This will include sending a replacement for the damaged item.
     

Please note that we do not offer refunds to your original payment method for damaged items.

Missing Packages

If your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, I recommend you contact the carrier directly to file a claim. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. I might consider re-shippping your order on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to This Policy

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. I encourage you to review this policy periodically.
